Unas constantes en las Jornadas Técnicas de Merco Equip han sido alimentación y salud. En la conferencia del sábado a cargo de la dietista y nitricionista de la asociación 5 al día, organizada por Agropecuaria del Cinca, se dió las pautos para una alimentación saludable.
En una alimentación saludable no pueden faltar las frutas y hortalizas en abundancia y el ejercicio físico. Es muy imortante ell papel que tenemos como consumidores a la hora de cuidar lo que comemos. No creernos todo lo que se publicita y leer bien las etiquetas son dos buenas costumbres.
Desde la asociación 5 al día recomiendan comer cinco raciones de fruta y hortaliza al día, preferiblemente 3 piezas de fruta y dos de hortalizas.
