Recetas de temporada: bizcocho de melocotón
Tiempo: 15 minutos + 45 de horno
2 melocotones amarillos – también melocotón en conserva
1 yougur natural o de limón
El resto de medidas son con el vaso del yogur
3 de harina
1 y medio de azúcar
1 de aceite de oliva
3 huevos
1/2 paquete levadura en polvo
ralladura de limón
azúcar glas.
Precalentamos el hornoa 180º. Pelamos y troceamos los melocotones. Ponemos los ingredientes en un bol y los batimos hasta que se forme una pasta homogénea. Ponemos en un molde para horno- si el molde lo requiere lo engrasamos con mantequilla-. Horneamos unos 45 minutos a 180º. El bizcocho está listo cuando pinchamos con un palillo y lo sacamos seco.
Al sacar del horno dejamos reposar hasta que enfríe para desmoldarlo.
A la hora de servir se corta en porciones y se espolvorea con azúcar glas.
