Recetas de temporada: Pizza margarita.
Tiempo: 25 minutos
1 Tomate grande
6 tomates cherry
250 gr. de harina
1/2 cucharadita de sal
4 cucharadas de aceite
1 vaso de agua.
Queso
albahaca fresca
orégano,
Calentamos el horno a máxima potencia (250º).
Ponemos la harina, la sal, el aceite y el agua para hacer la masa. Amasamos unos minutos hasta que quede todo homogéneo. Estiramos con un rodillo – o si preferimos a mano- dándole la forma que se ajuste a la bandeja de horno.
Rallamos el tomate y lo escurrimos en un colador. Ponemos el tomate rallado sobre la base. Ponemos orégano al gusto. Cortamos los tomates cherry y los ponemos repartidos. Añadimos el queso al gusto y la albahaca.
Ponemos en el horno en la parte inferior. Si utilizamos papel de horno podemos ponerla en la propia base del horno sin bandeja. En tres o cuatro minutos la pizza estará lista. En caso de que sea necesario se puede rematar poniéndola un minuto arriba del todo.
