Recetas de temporada: Sorbete de melocotón o nectarina.

Dificultad: Baja

Tiempo: 15 minutos (más el tiempo de congelación)

3 melocotones o nectarinas maduros grandes

200 gr. de azúcar (si te gusta muy dulce  pon 250gr.)

2 limones

hielo picado

Agua

 

Limpiar los melocotones o nectarinas y cortar en trozos pequeño. Pelar los limones evitando dejar partes blancas y cortar también en trozos pequeños. Poner la fruta a congelar extendidos en una bandeja. Dejar mínimo unas 4 horas o mejor de un día para otro. Sacar la fruta del congelador y batir con el azúcar y añadiendo un poco de agua. Poner en un vaso con un poco de hielo picado.
