1 calabacín grande
2 Pimientos verdes
1 Berengena
2 Cebollas
2 zanahorias
Salsa agridulce,
salsa de soja, mayonesa,
Harina,
Agua muy fría,
Aceite,
Para la masa de la fritura ponemos igual cantidad de harina (mejor tamizada) que de agua (tiene que estar muy fría) y una pizca de sal (si vamos a acompañar de salsa no es necesaria). Mezclamos hasta conseguir una papilla no muy espesa.
Cortamos las verduras en bastoncitos de bocado.
Calentamos abundante aceite en una sartén. Introducimos las verduras cortadas en la masa que hemos preparado. Las vamos sacamos, de una en una, escurriendo el sobrante y ponemos a freír. En aproximadamente un minuto ya se pueden retirar del aceite. Al sacarlas primero escurrimos bien y después ponemos sobre papel absorbente.
Servir al momento acompañado de las salsas.
